Hello and welcome to Renew Counseling + Coaching — I am Larkita Demps, a Pacific Northwest native who cherishes the gift of nature that we get to experience in this corner of the country. I am deeply committed to serving my family and community in tangible ways that lead to a lifestyle of wholeness and joy.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Methodist University and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. I’ve used my education and life experiences to partner with individuals on their journey to wholeness who’ve experienced: various traumas, anxiety, self-esteem issues, racial stress, depression, grief, life-work balance, and relationship issues.
